I bought a form unlock on a new device and it is locked. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your one-time unlocks are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and will be restored.
What does the purchase unlock? Filling out your own ICS 201 or ICS 214 form and exporting it as a PDF. You can unlock a single form or the bundle. Browsing the app's reference content and viewing a read-only form sample are free.
I want a refund. Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled through them. Request a refund through your App Store or Google Play account.
Is my data private? Yes. The app works offline and stores your forms, checklists, and settings on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
