Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Incident Handbook Pro ("the app") is published by Convergence Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.

The short version

The app works offline and has no account or login. The reference content you read, the checklists you tick, the forms you fill, the images you attach, your bookmarks, recent searches, and your settings are all stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any of that on-device content. The only information that leaves your device goes to our in-app purchase provider, RevenueCat, which the app contacts when it starts and when you buy or restore a purchase. Details are below.

Information stored on your device

The following stays on your device and is not sent to us:

  • ICS 201 and ICS 214 form drafts and the PDFs you export
  • Any map or sketch images you attach to a form
  • Planning P and job aid checklist progress, bookmarks, and recent searches
  • App settings, such as text size

You can remove this information at any time by deleting a draft in the app or by uninstalling the app.

In-App Purchases

Filling out your own ICS 201 or ICS 214 form and exporting it as a PDF is unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase (per form or as a bundle). Browsing the app's reference content and viewing a read-only form sample are free. Purchases are processed and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed through RevenueCat, our in-app purchase provider. When the app starts, it contacts RevenueCat to load product and price information and to check whether you have unlocked PDF export, and it contacts RevenueCat again when you buy or restore a purchase. For this, RevenueCat receives your purchase and transaction records, an anonymous, randomly generated app identifier that is not tied to your name, email, or any account, and your device type and operating system. RevenueCat may also use your IP address to determine your country or region; its handling and retention of that are governed by RevenueCat's privacy policy. We do not receive your name, card number, or other payment details. RevenueCat does not use this data to track you across apps. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and the privacy policies of Apple and Google for how they handle payment data.

Other connections

Some features use your device's built-in services rather than sending data to us. Rating the app uses your operating system's app-store rating prompt, and attaching an image uses your device's camera or your operating system's photo picker. Your device controls photo access, so you choose whether to share selected photos or your whole library, and the app only receives the single image you attach. These features connect to Apple or Google, not to us.

What we do not do

  • No user accounts or logins
  • No advertising, ad identifiers, or third-party tracking
  • No third-party usage-analytics or advertising SDKs (RevenueCat processes purchase records and an anonymous identifier to manage purchases and provide aggregate purchase analytics; it does not track you across apps or serve ads)
  • We do not sell or share your information

Support

If you contact us, we receive your message and any details you choose to include so we can respond. The in-app "Report a problem" option opens your email app with the app version pre-filled; it does not attach your forms or any device identifiers.

Retention and deletion

On-device information is removed when you delete a draft or uninstall the app. The purchase records described above are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat under their own policies for as long as needed to support purchases, accounting, and fraud prevention. To request deletion of the purchase data held about you, contact us using the information below; for store purchase records, contact Apple or Google.

Your rights

The app collects almost no personal information. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or California, you may request access to or deletion of any personal data we, or RevenueCat on our behalf, hold about you by contacting us below. RevenueCat processes purchase data in the United States.

Children's Privacy

The app is a professional reference tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
