About the App

Incident Handbook Pro is a field-ready ICS companion, built to help responders run an incident, not just read about one. It brings the Planning P operational cycle, job-aid checklists for each ICS role, command direction, the ICS org chart, and the ICS 201 and 214 forms into one fast, offline app. The reference content is adapted from the public-domain U.S. Coast Guard Incident Management Handbook and the official ICS 201 and 214 forms.

Built around the reality of incident response, not software design, it removes the friction of static PDFs and cumbersome systems, delivering the right content at the right moment. It is organized the way teams actually operate under pressure, around operational workflows, terminology, and decision-making cycles. Developed by practitioners with firsthand experience in complex incidents, it reflects a simple philosophy: technology should make incident response easier, not harder.

Incident Handbook Pro is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Coast Guard, the Department of Homeland Security, or any government agency.
